A sort-of last minute costume, we had wanted our Pony group for DTAC, so I decided on Sweetie Belle since Rarity was taken. The dress was the easy part, just a modified pattern and a sailor collar. The wig was all coloured by hand in pieces so the colour would be where I wanted it and as bright as I needed. Gina made the capes.
