Oh man. So I first decided I was making this in November 2012. I started the skirt and then got distracted and forgot about it. I then finished it in February 2013. However I never really had a time to wear it. I brought it out in the summer when a friend needed help practicing steadycam stuff, and then it went back in my closet. Wanting something simple to wear for the Friday of Con-G, I finally pulled it out. And then, at ColossalCon 2014, I brought it out again with Jayuna as a casual Minako!
